Sessions are virtual and begin with a focused conversation to clarify your goals and concerns, followed by guided relaxation to enter a calm, receptive state. Together, we uncover and transform negative belief patterns, then establish empowering new beliefs with practical strategies to integrate them into everyday life.
Mapleton Hypnotherapy provides non‑therapeutic hypnotherapy for self‑improvement purposes only and is not a form of psychotherapy or medical treatment; services are delivered by a Certified Hypnotherapist.
While hypnotherapy can benefit many people, it is not suitable for everyone; contraindications include schizophrenia or other severe mental illnesses with psychotic episodes, epileptic seizures, and dissociative disorders such as Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Dissociative Amnesia, and Depersonalization/Derealization Disorder.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 24 hours before your appointment. Short-notice cancellations incur a $50 charge.
